It is a great honor to participate in VIETSHRIMP2024. Ca Mau is a beautiful and welcoming city, and the aquaculture and processing here are impressive. At this exhibition, we brought our shrimp peeling machine prototype to show everyone, and customers had a very intuitive impression of our machine. The fully automatic shrimp peeling machine is a very precise and ingenious machine. It looks basically similar to other machines on the market, but it requires a lot of adjustments and customized parts (drive method, frequency conversion method, roller size and material, frame strength , shrimp press shape and size, economy and stability, etc.). As the cost of processing small and medium-sized shrimps increases, more and more processing plants hope to implement mechanized shrimp peeling. The investment in mechanical shrimp peeling is far less than one year's labor cost, but it can be used for at least 10 years. The shrimp peeling machine can preserve the meat at the tail of the shrimp to the greatest extent. The meat yield of the shrimp peeled by our shrimp peeling machine is 4%-8% higher than that of manual peeling. We directly use the shrimp brought by customers to conduct shrimp peeling demonstrations at public exhibitions, and introduce how to use the machine face to face. It allows users to buy and use with confidence.
Vietnam's shrimps are world-famous, its food is amazing, its friends are hospitable, and its scenery is beautiful and colorful. We hope that we can serve more users of Vietnamese shrimp processing plants and promote more trade and cultural exchanges between China and Vietnam.
